- You get Tom's cell — not a case manager
Call or Text (864) 777-1000
One number reaches the firm: (864) 777-1000. Call it or text it. You will not land in a phone tree, and you will not be handed to an intake department — this is a one-attorney practice by design.
Consultations are free, with no obligation, in English or in Greek — μιλάμε Ελληνικά. And the standard you can hold this firm to is below, in Tom's own words.
"Every client gets my personal cell number. Call or text me directly — you'll never chase a case manager."
Clients hear back from me the same day — and for emergencies, anytime.

Getting here from I-385
Stay on I-385 North to its end, where the highway comes into downtown Greenville and becomes East North Street. Williams Street connects East North Street with East Washington Street, just east of the downtown core — the office is at 100 Williams St. The Greenville County Courthouse (305 E. North Street) is on the same street, minutes away.
Coming from downtown
From Main Street, head east on East North Street or East Washington Street; Williams Street is the cross street connecting the two, in the Pettigru Street Historic District area. It's a short hop — minutes from the courthouse and the center of town.
Office hours
Call or text before you come — Tom is often on the road making house calls. That's not an inconvenience; it's the business model. If a trip downtown doesn't suit you, don't make one.
Prefer I come to you? That's the specialty.
I personally drive to clients' homes across Greenville and the surrounding counties — hospital rooms and kitchen tables included. You were just hurt; the last thing you need is a trip to a law office.

What to Have Ready — None of It Required
You don't need a single document to make the first call; "I got hurt and I don't know what to do" is a perfectly good opening line. But if it's handy, the conversation moves faster with any of the following: the date and location of the wreck or fall, the police or incident report number, photos from the scene, the other driver's insurance card, your own auto policy's declarations page, the names of the hospitals or doctors treating you, and any letters or voicemails from insurance adjusters. If an adjuster has already offered you money or asked for a recorded statement, say so early in the call — those two things change the advice more than anything else.

Tell Tom what happened in a few sentences — where, when, and how badly you're hurt. He reads these himself.
After You Reach Out
First, Tom calls you back — and the same-day standard above is his promise, not a receptionist's. That first conversation is a free consultation, not a sales pitch: he'll ask what happened, tell you honestly whether you have a case, and explain what the next steps would look like. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need a lawyer — you'll get that answer for free, too.
If you do have a case and want Tom on it, you decide where to meet: the office at 100 Williams St, your kitchen table, or your hospital room — he drives to clients across Greenville and the surrounding counties at no extra cost. Everything runs on a contingency fee: no fee unless we win, with fees and expenses explained in plain English before you sign. And from day one, you'll have Tom's personal cell number — so "I'll get back to you" actually means something.
